Microsoft purchases Winternals and SysInternals

Is this good news or bad news?

After using SysInternals for soooo long, this piece of news almost slipped past me.

Microsoft purchased Winternals and SysInternals and posted an acquisition FAQ.

Another company swallowed by the juggernaut.
