New product called Objects 2006 for developing Palm applications.

I've used PocketStudio Professional before and I liked it. PocketStudio Professional was for writing Delphi applications for the Palm. As far as I know, its still kicking.

I can imagine what can come out of this. Until I get a project that requires a Palm application, I probably don't have a need for this utility yet.

Trying to find a web designer can be a chore. These tips will help sniff out the talent.

For most small businesses, evaluating local designers can be a taxing experience. The owner knows the neighbor's son who can create web sites.... hmmmm. :-)

One note they talk about in the article is the amount of professionalism the designer shows. If the designer doesn't give his undivided attention to your project, there may be a need to reconsider your options.

The cluster has three nodes (pcs). One management node and two storage nodes.

They're using Linux primarily. That would be my choice as well.

Well, it seems Google is looking for more cash...2.1 billion. Yes, I said billion with a 'B'.

They'll be selling 5.3 million shares of stock so they can have some extra cash lying around to purchase some more companies. That's just my thinking. :-)

The government is using the power of the Internet to help translate some Iraqi documents.

Using the Internet (finally!), the government is leveraging bloggers to look through the the documents they posted.

Even though there are 55,000 boxes of documents, only 600 are currently posted on the site. I'd say about 1/8 of them are currently written in English.
