Before you even touch an ounce of code, create a web design mockup.
As you are working with a client, make sure that you create at least two mockups of what the site is supposed to look like. If you can provide this to them, this will achieve two things:
- A blueprint for you to start piecing together a site.
- Give the client an option of what they like about one site compared to the other sites (mockups) you are presenting them.
The undersigned shows the web designing workflow of what the designer is going through when you are presenting a mockup to a user.

With Ajaxian posting an article about Accessibility: Use AJAX, get sued?, I have some concerns about this type of posting.

A little late this week because of some hard drive downtime.

Heres my story of how the FREE Ultimate Boot CD has saved my data.
Last week (or last post, depending on how you look at it), you may have noticed that posting was trimmed down a bit (actually, A LOT) :-).
On Thursday, my wife called me at work and said "the computer won't startup." I was worried.

It seems clients are requesting quite a lot lately and I've lost my hard drive.
This week has been hectic for me. I'm writing this on a different PC than the one at home. It seems my hard drive in my PC decided to go south on me. When (If) I can receover, I will get back to blogging tomorrow (Saturday).
Fireday will be postponed for today, but return tomorrow (provided I get my hard drive back).

Don't go through your site and manually check to see if everything is in order for web accessibility. Use Firefox and the Web Developer extension to help you out.
After all of these issues going around about web accessibility with companies, this would be a great time to test your site to make sure it's web accessible.
