This is the equivalent of the "What's in your wallet?" commercial. What extensions do you have installed in Firefox?

Everyone has his or her “can’t live without” extensions for Firefox and everyone asks me what extensions *I* use with Firefox. I have a lot of them.

Not only do I use each one on a daily basis, I’d recommended this set of extensions to any developer or designer easily.

Here they are:

  • Web Developer - An absolute must if you develop web pages.
  • Book Burro - An extension that appears in the top left hand corner when you view the details of a book on a web site, such as Amazon or Half.com. When you look at the details of the book, click on the Book Burro and it displays the prices of that book across the Internet on many sites.
  • FireBug - Used for Web 2.0/AJAX development. I've already talked about it briefly here.
  • ForecastFox – Provides local weather on your Firefox status bar.
  • PDF Download – Instead of downloading a PDF and automatically displaying the PDF, this extension gives you the option of viewing it in a tab, download it, view it as HTML, or cancel it.
  • IE View – Open pages in IE using Firefox context menus.
  • IE Tab - - Open IE pages in an “embedded IE” Firefox tab.
  • Fasterfox – Optimize your browsing performance and network settings with this extension.
  • AdBlock – Filters ads from web pages.
  • AdBlock FilterSet Updater – Companion to the AdBlock extension that synchronizes AdBlock with FilterSet to get all of the latest ads that are blocked.
  • GreaseMonkey – A User Script Manager for Firefox.
  • JavaScript Debugger – A full-featured IDE for debugging JavaScript applications.

Have I missed any?
