How to avoid Office Politics

The Slacker Manager has the right idea.

Office Politics.

Just the sound of those two words makes my skin crawl. It doesn't matter what company you go to, you will always find at least one person who engages in the games.

The Slacker Manager has a good outlook on office politics and lists the major parts of how to stay out of the office politics for good.
