10 essential competencies for IT Pros

The top 10 competencies should also be required for some managers.

Think about an IT person.

Does this person have these IT competencies? Most are missing two or three, but all in all, the exceptional IT Pros take their work very seriously.

One additional note: If your a developer/designer, another competency (#11) would be to definitely have a sense of humor. :-)
