The Hacker's Diet
If you are overweight and write computer applications, here is the diet for you.
Everyone has been trying to lose weight and use this and that diet program, but what about us developers who are always under the gun. Nutrition is definitely not one of our top priorities in the game of life.
Someone recommended this to me a while ago (3 years) and I think I may be revisiting this again.
If you are software engineer, you understand that once you become focused on something, you can't stop. Sometimes you don't eat for hours at a time. Been there, done that. :-)
The Hacker's Diet: How to lose weight and hair through stress and poor nutrition shows how to lose weight by being a programmer. :-) After giving it a once over, I noticed that some of the meals include some ingredients that I've seen in other diet plans, so this may be an interesting diet plan since it's in its Fourth Edition (2005 version).
Will there be a Fifth Edition? Who knows. They've been keeping it up to date and included multiple Computer Tools to help you lose weight. They even have a PDF version of The Hacker's Diet.
Has anyone tried this diet at all? Let me know with the results.
