For real estate agents who desperately need a web site built yesterday, Top Producer provides a top-notch way to build a real estate web site.

Ever since the Blog Tour USA visited Columbus, I've been subtly surrounded by realtors or news about realtors in and outside my area. They're haunting me and I think it's a sign. :-)

Just change the content of the site and you're ready to start your business.

Another great feature of Top Producer is the ability to receive Community and School reports, automatic real estate listings, and salary and city comparisons. Most of these features are not available through most website providers, but Top Producer seems to have found a niche in the web design marketplace.

The genius of this website is through the automation of their process. They've developed a web wizard that takes the user through the process where you pick a design and the options you want, and BAM! you get a real estate website immediately ready for use. As they taut in their description, it's created in minutes. If you want to expand your site, they allow you to create your own pages as well.

Technical

Now, if you're not a novice web user and you already have a domain name, like www.johnsmith.com, just contact the Administrative and Technical contacts and they'll transfer your domain over to Top Producer.com for you. You will still have your domain name, but it will just point to a different hosting provider. This is standard procedure for web hosting providers.

Conclusion

Overall, I think Top Producer has a top-of-the-line niche in the real estate industry and took necessary features of real estate sites and provided an easy way to create websites in minutes as opposed to days.
