Fantastic news about Palm veterans with Palm applications on Nokia N-Series devices.
A couple weeks ago, I made a claim that Nokia is becoming a PDA and starting to invade Palm's territory.
This week has proved it.
For owners of the Nokia N-Series 770, 800, and 810, the ACCESS company has just announced the Garnet VM will run on each Nokia N-Series device.
For me, this is awesome news because I just recently came from a Palm background and accumulated a lot of applications that I can't use because of my switch to the Nokia N800.
The Garnet VM beta is available for free on their site (with free registration), but according to their site, even though Garnet can run over 30,000 Palm applications, they currently have an 80% compatibility success rate of existing applications.
Anyone interested in an old Palm T3? <grin>
