Accessibility: Use Ajax, Get Sued?

If you use AJAX, will you automatically get sued?

Accessibility is something that all designers/developers are interested in achieving for their web sites.

With Ajaxian posting an article about Accessibility: Use AJAX, get sued?, I have some concerns about this type of posting.

Let's say you have a dropdown list box (combobox to you Windows GUI developers), and you want to automatically populate that list by using AJAX based on whether all criteria on the form has been met. With accessibility, there should be no problems whatsoever implementing this type of technique into the site. Accessibility will be achieved while using the newest AJAX technology in the process.

If simple AJAX is used on the site in an appropriate manner and not going overboard with the technology, certain accessibility standards, and possibly all, can easily be met.

Any comments on this particular issue?
